Experience

Since getting my real estate license in 2003, I have helped find & sell homes, Condominiums, Rentals, Residential Lots and Investments for my clients. In multiple cases I have had the honor of working with the same clients on 3-4 transactions.

Specialties

I have been fortunate to have worked with many builders on New Construction homes for my clients, and have gathered a wealth of information on negotiating the best deals for my clients, helping them every step of the way, giving them the guidance in selecting upgrades that will help the resale value of the home etc. We recently built our own custom home, which again gave me a lot of insight in to the building process. I pride myself in being able to pass on what I have learnt to benefit my clients.

Personal

I met and married my husband in Mumbai (Bombay – as I know it) India in 1984, & moved to Nashville Tennessee in 1985 and have lived in the Brentwood / Franklin area in Williamson County since 1986. We have three wonderful children, my daughter is married and lives in Dallas with her husband and daughter, one son is a lawyer in Washington DC, and the youngest son is a consultant in Atlanta

Started my career in the banking industry where I worked for 3 years. Then I decided to become a stay at home Mom for the time that my kids were young, and devote my attention to my family. As kids grew up, we bought and ran a couple of businesses (Frozen Yogurt franchises) for 9 years.

During that time I spent a lot of time visiting Open Houses, and decided to go ahead and get my real estate license in 2003. After researching many Realty companies and personally meeting a number of Brokers, I decided to join Keller Williams Realty. In 2012 I moved my license to Benchmark Realty LLC, a fast growing locally owned real estate firm. My recently retired husband, PB, just got licensed and is now a Realtor
